Empty leg flights to and from Samedan

Samedan is the airport of the Upper Engadine, 5 kilometres from St Moritz and, at 1,707 metres above sea level, the highest airport in Europe that takes business jets. Private jets and helicopters make up most of its traffic, and they bring guests within minutes of Badrutt's Palace, the Kulm and Suvretta House, of the Corviglia and Corvatsch ski areas and of the frozen lake where the White Turf races and the Snow Polo World Cup are held every winter.

From London a Citation XLS+ needs just under two hours. The flight itself is short; the planning goes into the arrival. Every pilot must complete the airport's own briefing, the field closes at dusk in winter and the approach needs good visibility, so the choice of operator and a fallback through Zurich matter more here than almost anywhere else on our board. Empty legs cluster around Christmas and New Year, the February races and polo, the ski weeks of March and the summer season from July.

Empty legs to and from Samedan right now

The board shows every sector that touches Samedan. When the Engadine is quiet, it adds flights at Zurich, Lugano and Milan, the airports that serve St Moritz by road or helicopter when Samedan is closed or full. Under it, the price list gives the cost of chartering the same aircraft for dates you choose.

Ask us what is available at Samedan right now.

This board refreshes through the day as operators release sectors, and it shows only part of the market: a large share of repositioning flights never reach a public list at all. Check back shortly, or tell us your route and dates and we will look at what operators are holding at this moment.

Sectors on this list do not touch Samedan itself. They are shown because the fields are close enough that the drive rarely costs you more than waiting for the right sector does. Tell us which one interests you and we will confirm it is still open.

Both columns assume an aircraft already at the departure airport, so no positioning flight is billed. Where an operator has to fly one in to collect you, a charter can run considerably higher than the figure shown. Prices also run in both directions: an empty leg exists only when an operator is moving that aircraft anyway, so the sector you want may run the other way this month. Tell us the route and we will watch both directions for you.

Set up an alert for Samedan

Most empty legs are gone within hours of being released, and a good number are never published at all. Tell us the route and the window you can travel in, and we will message you the moment a matching sector comes up between the UK and Samedan.

Please fill in both the departure and the arrival city.

Nothing is stored on this site. The button opens a chat with the message already written, and you send it yourself. We reply during office hours, 07:00 to 23:00, and check messages outside them too.

Where Samedan sectors come from

Three patterns of travel leave aircraft flying empty through the Engadine.

The Christmas and New Year rush
The winter peak starts a few days before Christmas, when families and hotel guests arrive within the same handful of days, and turns round in the first week of January. Aircraft come in full and go home empty, then fly out empty to collect their passengers.
Weekends on the frozen lake
The Snow Polo World Cup, The I.C.E. classic car show and three Sundays of White Turf horse racing fill St Moritz from late January to late February. Many guests stay only for a long weekend, which leaves a string of one way sectors on Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays.
Summer in the high valley
From late June to September the Engadine is a place for hiking, golf, cycling and music, with the Festival da Jazz in July and a summer edition of the St Moritz Gourmet Festival in August 2027. Summer brings fewer flights than winter, but the weather is steadier and the apron far less crowded.

Samedan also creates sectors that begin somewhere else. When cloud or snow closes the valley to jets, flights divert to Zurich, Lugano or Milan and the aircraft reposition later, and operators whose crews do not hold the Samedan briefing often land their passengers in Zurich from the start. Those legs appear on the board as well.

Seasonal demand for repositioning flights

Samedan Airport in detail

The facts a crew and a passenger should know before a private flight into the Engadine, from the runway to the rules that decide who may land.

Codes and name SMV (IATA), LSZS (ICAO). The operator calls it Engadin Airport St. Moritz Samedan; pilots and charts usually say Samedan, and many travel sites simply say St Moritz.
Location On the valley floor beside the village of Samedan, 5 kilometres northeast of St Moritz, close to the river Inn and next to the Engadine golf course, the oldest in Switzerland.
Elevation 1,707 metres, or 5,600 feet. At this height the thin air reduces engine power, so an aircraft needs a longer run on the runway, and on a warm afternoon an operator may carry less fuel or fewer bags.
Runway One asphalt runway, 03/21, 1,840 metres long and 40 metres wide in the airport's current crew briefing, and often quoted as 1,800. It has no runway lights and no instrument landing system.
Approaches Since December 2019 business jets have been able to follow a satellite based instrument procedure into the valley, but the final part is still flown by sight. Arrivals of jets stop when visibility falls below 5 kilometres or the cloud base drops below about 2,200 feet above the ground, and on busy clear days the instrument procedures can be suspended.
Crew rules Every pilot must pass the airport's online briefing and test, renewed every 24 months, and crews new to the valley fly an introduction with an instructor who knows it. An operator without current crews lands its passengers in Zurich instead.
Hours From 8 am to 7 pm local time in summer and from 8 am until the end of civil twilight in winter, every day of the year. There are no night flights, so a winter departure has to leave well before the light goes.
Traffic Samedan recorded 18,929 aircraft movements in 2025, up 7 per cent on the previous year. Helicopters accounted for 7,459 of them and business jets for 3,813, with piston aircraft, turboprops and gliders making up the rest; there are no scheduled airline flights.
Operator and owner Engadin Airport AG runs the airport and provides its handling, fuel and catering itself. The land belongs to the canton of Graubünden, which took the airport over from the Swiss Confederation in 2004. The buildings belong to the eleven municipalities of the Upper Engadine. The airport opened officially on 27 January 1938, with a DC-2 from London among its first visitors.
Customs and border Officers of the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security clear international flights throughout opening hours, and arrivals from Britain pass a Schengen border check in the terminal.
Services for aircraft Jet fuel and aviation petrol, de-icing, hangar space on request, fire cover to ICAO category 2 as standard and up to category 6 on request, and catering for the flight from the airport's own kitchen.
Works ahead In August 2025 the voters of the Upper Engadine approved a renewal worth 68.5 million francs. After planning and a new perimeter fence in the years to 2028, the main work runs from 2029 to 2031: a landside hall for customs, border control and a restaurant, a covered drive through where cars drop off and collect passengers, and an airside operations building with a control tower on its roof, together with a renovated apron. Work on the runway and a larger apron is to follow later. A new heliport, begun by Rega, the Swiss air rescue service, in October 2025, will house Rega and the helicopter companies based at Samedan.

The airport rewards a crew that has prepared for it and punishes one that has not. That is why we quote Samedan only with operators whose pilots hold the briefing, and why every Samedan quote names a Zurich alternative for days when the valley is closed.

Where private passengers are handled at Samedan

There is one terminal at Samedan and one handler, the airport company itself, which looks after every private flight from the aircraft door to the car.

Engadin Airport handling
The airport's own team meets each aircraft, drives passengers from the steps to the terminal by limousine, books hotels, cars and catering, fuels the jet and takes care of de-icing in winter. Its handling fee for an aircraft of 6 to 15 tonnes, such as a Citation XLS+, is 350 francs under the airport's current published tariff.
The terminal building
A modest building from the 1970s, extended with containers, rather than a polished FBO; one Swiss aviation news site likened the whole airport to a warehouse with a tower. Customs, passport control and security screening all take place here, and the handler keeps the time you spend inside short.
Restaurant Intersection
The airport restaurant in hangar 1 opens daily from 9 am to 6 pm, with a dish of the day, a salad bar, homemade sandwiches and cakes, and a view of the jets and helicopters on the apron. Crews, spotters and passengers waiting for a car all end up here.
Customs on site
Swiss customs officers work at the airport throughout opening hours, so a flight from Britain clears passports and goods at Samedan itself, with no stop in Zurich on the way.
Catering for the flight
The airport kitchen prepares catering for short and long flights, from a set menu or dishes cooked to order by its chef. Orders go in on the airport's form by email or phone, and a day's notice is sensible in the high season.
Helicopters at the airport
Heli Bernina and Swiss Helicopter are based at Samedan, and Rega keeps its highest base here. Heli Bernina flies VIP and taxi flights to Davos, Milan and Venice as well as sightseeing over the Bernina range, and transfers to Zurich leave from the same apron.
Air Corviglia
The local private airline, founded in 2012 by a pilot who grew up in Samedan, flies a Pilatus PC-12 turboprop and a Cirrus SR22 from the airport. The PC-12 suits small parties and short hops within the Alps.
Room on the apron
On the busiest days of January and February between 30 and 100 jets come and go, and space is always short. Extra parking is laid out on prepared snow and ice, and many aircraft leave after the drop rather than wait for the return.

Because the airport company handles everything itself, one conversation covers the car, the catering, the fuel and the hotel booking. The request simply has to come early in the peak weeks.

The terminal from a passenger's side

A private arrival at Samedan takes minutes rather than hours. These are the steps, and the details worth planning for on the way home.

ARRIVAL
A limousine at the steps
The jet parks on the apron in front of the terminal, and a car from the handler meets it at the steps. Passengers ride the short distance to the building while the ground staff unload the bags.
PASSPORTS
The Schengen check in the Engadine
A flight from Britain enters the Schengen area at Samedan. Passports are checked in the terminal and, since Switzerland joined the Entry/Exit System in 2025, a first entry means a photograph and, from the age of twelve, fingerprints.
CUSTOMS
Declared in the same building
Customs officers are present during all opening hours. Goods above the Swiss allowances are declared on the spot, while skis, boots and other kit for your own use cross freely.
THE CAR
Ten minutes to St Moritz
Chauffeurs wait at the door. St Moritz is about ten minutes away, Celerina five, Pontresina ten and Sils Maria about twenty five, so most guests are at the hotel within half an hour of landing.
SKIS
On the slopes within minutes
The airport manager likes to point out that Samedan is the only airport from which guests can be in a ski area within five minutes, and the Marguns gondola in Celerina is about that far by car.
BAGGAGE
Handled by the ground staff
On arrival the airport's ground staff unload the hold and bring the bags to the terminal for customs, and on departure they take them at the door, screen them and load them. Tell the operator in advance about ski bags, boot bags and anything bulky, because the hold of a midsize jet fills quickly in winter.
WAITING
No lounge, little waiting
Samedan has no private lounge of the kind found at Zurich or Geneva. The handler's car usually runs straight between the aircraft and the terminal door, and anyone with time to spare can wait in Restaurant Intersection during its opening hours, with a view over the apron.
DEPARTURE
Screening before boarding
On the way home, passengers and bags go through security in the terminal, passports are checked again, customs stamps any VAT forms, and the handler takes you out to the aircraft. Half an hour before departure is usually enough, a little more on the busiest days of the season.
TIMING
Leave before the light goes
The field closes shortly after sunset in winter and at 7 pm in summer. A long lunch on the mountain can cost the flight, so plan winter departures for the early afternoon.
WEATHER
A plan for low cloud
When snow or low cloud closes the valley to jets, the aircraft lands at Zurich, Lugano or Milan instead, and the handler arranges a car or, weather permitting, a helicopter for the last stretch. Our quotes name the alternative in advance.
SUMMER WIND
Mornings are smoother
In summer the Maloja wind blows down the valley from the southwest from around midday and can reach 20 knots or more, while winter days are usually calm. A morning arrival in July or August is often the more comfortable choice.
THIN AIR
Lighter loads on hot days
At 1,707 metres a jet needs a longer run to lift off, especially on a warm afternoon, and operators add wide safety margins. On the hottest summer days a crew may limit fuel or luggage, or move the departure to the cooler morning.
WEF WEEK
Extra paperwork in January
Around the World Economic Forum in Davos, which runs from 18 to 22 January 2027, Samedan normally lies inside the restricted airspace that surrounds the conference, and private flights need prior permission and extra paperwork. We apply as soon as a January date is fixed.
LOCAL FLAVOURS
Eat it on board
Engadine nut tart and air dried beef from the Grisons make good catering for the flight home. Swiss cheese and cured beef may not be carried into Great Britain, though, so enjoy them in the air rather than packing them.
VAT REFUND
Tax back from 300 francs
Visitors can reclaim Swiss VAT of 8.1 per cent on purchases of at least 300 francs on one receipt, which covers most watch and jewellery shopping in St Moritz. The export forms need a customs stamp at departure, and the officers at Samedan can provide it during opening hours.
BY TRAIN
The Rhaetian Railway
If the weather keeps the jet in Zurich, the railway is a dependable alternative: St Moritz is about three and a half hours from Zurich, with a change in Chur onto the Rhaetian Railway and its Albula line, which UNESCO lists as World Heritage.
BY AIRLINE
The scheduled alternative
Samedan has no airline flights. When an empty leg covers only one direction, the other can be flown to Zurich with British Airways or Swiss and finished by car, train or helicopter.
PETS
Not straight into Samedan
Swiss rules allow dogs and cats arriving by air from Britain only through Basel, Geneva or Zurich, so a family with a pet lands at Zurich first and continues by road or on a short second flight.

Samedan is quick on the ground and slow only when the weather says so. The ten minute drive to St Moritz is the reward for choosing the right crew and keeping an eye on the clock.

VIP terminal lounge for private jet passengers

Four rules that shape a Samedan trip

A crew that knows the valley
Book an operator whose pilots have completed the Samedan briefing and flown the approach. Otherwise the flight ends in Zurich, about three hours from St Moritz by road.
Daylight and weather first
Plan arrivals and departures well inside the opening hours, avoid the last hour of winter daylight and keep a Zurich alternative in the quote. In winter, the earlier the flight, the better the odds.
Book the peak weeks early
Between Christmas and the end of February the apron is full on the busiest days, and most charter jets drop their passengers and leave. Fix the dates early and ask for released sectors on the same days.
Size the jet for the altitude
Light and midsize jets work well at Samedan, and large cabins can land too, but in summer heat every aircraft carries less. Tell us the number of bags and skis so that the aircraft is chosen with a margin.

Follow these four and Samedan is the most convenient airport in the Alps. Ignore them, and a well planned trip can end three hours away at the wrong airport.

Private jet on the apron before departure

What the ground costs at Samedan

Samedan publishes its charges, and most of them are modest; winter brings the largest additions.

On the invoice
A landing fee by weight plus 60 per cent of it for the flight information service, a noise charge for louder jets, 10 francs for each departing passenger and the handling fee
Winter extras
A snow fee of 40 per cent on top of the landing fee from November to April, and de-icing from 120 francs a vehicle plus 6.50 francs for each litre of fluid
Parking
Two hours free, then a daily charge by weight starting at 80 francs for the lightest aircraft, with hangar space for smaller jets on request

Britain levies Air Passenger Duty on the outbound flight only when the aircraft has a maximum weight of 5.7 tonnes or more, so a Pilatus PC-12 from Oxford pays nothing, and flights from Jersey or Guernsey pay none at all, because the duty applies only to departures from UK airports. A Citation XLS+ is charged 32 GBP for each passenger at the Band A standard rate for 2026 to 2027; from April 2027 every private jet of that weight or more is due to move to the higher rate. Switzerland adds no departure tax of its own.

Most charter jets do not wait in the Engadine for a week. They leave after the drop and come back for the pickup, and those two positioning flights are the empty legs that make the next traveller's trip cheaper. We list the handling, the car and any helicopter next to the flight price, so the whole cost is clear before you book.

Zurich, Lugano and the other airports around the Engadine

Samedan is the only airport in the valley itself. When it is closed, full or unsuitable, these are the alternatives.

Zurich, ZRH. The main gateway and the usual fallback, about three hours from St Moritz by road over the Julier pass or 45 minutes to an hour by helicopter. Its General Aviation Center handles jets until late in the evening, long after Samedan has closed.
Lugano, LUG. The airport of Ticino, about 2h 45m by road over the Maloja pass and through Chiavenna. Its short runway and demanding approach bring restrictions of their own.
Milan, LIN, MXP and BGY. About three hours by road down the Maloja pass and along Lake Como, or about 40 to 45 minutes by helicopter, and the natural choice when a trip combines the Engadine with Italy.
St Gallen Altenrhein, ACH. On Lake Constance, about 2h 30m by road via Chur, and useful for eastern Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the Vorarlberg.
Davos. The resort has no airport of its own. Samedan is the nearest, about 1h 15m by road over the Flüela pass, and a helicopter covers the distance in around a quarter of an hour.

From Samedan airport to St Moritz and the Engadine

Driving times from the airport in normal conditions. Snow, pass closures and the weekend traffic into St Moritz can add time in winter.

Destination By road Notes
Celerina About 5 minutes The Marguns gondola to Corviglia and the finish of the Cresta Run
St Moritz About 10 minutes Badrutt's Palace, the Kulm, Suvretta House and the frozen lake
Pontresina About 10 minutes Diavolezza, the Morteratsch glacier and the Bernina pass
Zuoz About 15 minutes Historic village and the Lyceum Alpinum boarding school
Silvaplana About 20 minutes The Corvatsch ski area and kitesurfing on the lake in summer
Sils Maria About 25 minutes Quiet lakeside village, the Waldhaus hotel and the Furtschellas lifts
Maloja About 30 minutes Head of the valley and the road down into Italy
Davos About 1h 15m Over the Flüela pass, which can close after heavy snow
Klosters About 1h 15m Through the Vereina tunnel on the car train from Sagliains
Livigno About 1h 15m Italian resort with duty free shopping, through the Munt la Schera tunnel, or over the Bernina and Forcola passes in summer
Zurich About 3 hours Over the Julier pass and through Chur, the usual route when Samedan is closed
Milan About 3 hours Over the Maloja pass to Chiavenna and Lake Como

Many of the grand hotels send their own cars, and the handler can book a chauffeur for any other address. For Davos, Klosters or a meeting in Zurich, a helicopter from the same apron turns hours on the road into minutes, weather permitting.

Car transfer from the private jet terminal

Popular routes between the UK and Samedan, and which way they run empty

The prices refer to complete aircraft on sectors that operators have put up for sale because the jets must reposition anyway. Booked as an ordinary charter on your own dates, the same Citation XLS+ would cost around two and a half times as much, and the charter list under the board has those figures. The times cover the flight alone, and in winter the departure also has to fit into the daylight hours.

Route In the air Empty leg from Season Which way it usually runs empty
London to Samedan 1h 55m 6,100 GBP December to March Both ways, around Christmas and the February races
Samedan to Jersey 1h 55m 6,100 GBP Winter Home empty after a family drop
Southampton to Samedan 1h 55m 6,100 GBP Christmas and New Year Out empty to collect guests in early January
Samedan to Guernsey 2h 00m 6,300 GBP Winter Occasional, home after a drop
Oxford to Samedan 2h 00m 6,300 GBP All year Out empty for a return charter
Samedan to Birmingham 2h 05m 6,600 GBP February half term Home empty at the start of the week
Bristol to Samedan 2h 05m 6,600 GBP Winter Out empty at the end of a ski week
Samedan to Cardiff 2h 10m 6,800 GBP Easter Home empty after the drop
Manchester to Samedan 2h 10m 6,800 GBP Winter Out empty to fetch a party
Samedan to Leeds 2h 10m 6,800 GBP Winter Home without passengers
Liverpool to Samedan 2h 15m 7,100 GBP February Out empty for a return leg
Samedan to Newcastle 2h 20m 7,400 GBP Winter Home empty once the guests are delivered
Isle of Man to Samedan 2h 25m 7,600 GBP Christmas Occasional, out empty for a pickup
Samedan to Dublin 2h 30m 7,900 GBP Winter Home empty after an Irish family drop
Edinburgh to Samedan 2h 30m 7,900 GBP February and March Out empty to collect a ski party
Samedan to Glasgow 2h 35m 8,200 GBP Summer Home empty after a July drop
Aberdeen to Samedan 2h 35m 8,200 GBP Winter Occasional, out empty for a pickup
Samedan to Belfast 2h 35m 8,200 GBP Winter Home empty after a drop

Few charter jets stay in the Engadine for a whole holiday, partly because the apron is small in winter. A ten day stay therefore tends to produce two empty sectors, and the busiest days of the season produce many on the same afternoon.

Arriving in Samedan from the UK

Switzerland stays outside the EU but belongs to the Schengen area, so for a flight from Britain Samedan is a Schengen border crossing, and passports and goods are checked in its small terminal on arrival.

  • Passport. The Foreign Office requires a British passport issued less than ten years before the day you land and valid for at least three months after you plan to leave the Schengen area.
  • 90 days. Time in Switzerland counts towards the Schengen limit of 90 days in any 180, together with any days spent in France, Italy or other Schengen countries during that period.
  • Entry/Exit System. Switzerland has registered visitors in the EU's electronic border system since October 2025. A first entry means a facial photograph and, from twelve years of age, fingerprints, and the digital record, which lasts three years, is used in place of stamps.
  • ETIAS. No one needs the EU travel authorisation yet. Switzerland will ask for it once the scheme launches, expected in 2027, at 20 euros for applicants aged 18 to 70.
  • Swiss allowances. Goods for your own use enter free of Swiss VAT up to a total of 150 francs per person, and separate duty free limits cover 5 litres of drinks up to 18 per cent alcohol, 1 litre of drinks over 18 per cent and 250 cigarettes. Food from Great Britain containing meat or milk has to stay at home.
  • Kit and cash. Skis, boots and other equipment for your own use cross the border freely. Cash is not declared automatically, but officers may ask about sums of 10,000 francs or more.
  • Returning to Britain. On a private flight home each adult may bring 200 cigarettes, 4 litres of spirits, 18 litres of wine, which from 1 October 2026 includes sparkling wine, 42 litres of beer and other goods worth 270 GBP. Swiss cheese, air dried beef and other beef, pork, lamb and dairy products may not be brought into Great Britain.
  • Taxes. Air Passenger Duty on the outbound flight for aircraft of 5.7 tonnes or more, the passenger charge at Samedan and the local tourist tax that hotels and chalets add for each night.

The Cresta Run opens just before Christmas, and the days before 25 December are among the busiest of the year at Samedan. Jets fly in full and leave empty.

The best supply of sectors comes on the days around Christmas and New Year and on the February weekends. For a calmer trip and an emptier apron, choose March skiing or the settled weeks of September.

Three situations, three answers

Christmas at Badrutt's Palace
Book the aircraft in the autumn, since the days before Christmas are among the busiest of the year at Samedan, and ask for sectors released around 2 and 3 January, when the jets that brought families out come back to collect them. Aim to land before lunch, since winter daylight in the valley is short.
A White Turf weekend
Fly out on the Friday or Saturday, spend Sunday at the races on the frozen lake and leave on Monday morning, when the weekend crowd has gone. The race Sundays in 2027 are 7, 14 and 21 February.
Davos for the Forum
For the World Economic Forum, Samedan is the nearest airport to Davos, about 1h 15m by road or a short helicopter hop. Permission to fly in the restricted airspace takes time, so send us the dates as early as you can.

Flying to Samedan with a dog or a cat

The first rule is geographical. Pets arriving in Switzerland by air from Britain must enter through Basel, Geneva or Zurich, so a dog or cat cannot land directly at Samedan: the aircraft clears the animal at Zurich and flies on, or the family drives the last three hours. The paperwork is the usual set: a microchip, a first rabies jab given three weeks or more before the trip, and an official vet's animal health certificate dated within the ten days before arrival. At Zurich the pet goes through the red customs channel. Switzerland bans the import of dogs with docked ears or tails, although exceptions can apply to short holiday stays, so check with the Swiss veterinary office before booking.

Great Britain has rules of its own for the journey home. Pets may arrive by private jet only with an approved operator on an approved route, and a dog needs a tapeworm treatment from a vet between one and five days before it lands. Vets in the valley can give it, but book the appointment together with the flight, and mention the animal in your first message so that every aircraft we offer comes from an operator that carries pets.

Questions about flying private to Samedan

How long does it take to fly from London to Samedan?
Just under two hours in a Citation XLS+, a little over two from the Midlands and about two and a half from Scotland or Ireland. Switzerland is one hour ahead of Britain all year.
Can any jet land at Samedan?
Most business jets can, from light jets to large cabins, but only with a crew that holds the airport's briefing, and summer heat reduces what a larger jet can carry.
Why might the flight end in Zurich instead?
Because of weather, daylight or the crew. Low cloud or snow can close the valley to jets, the field shuts at dusk, and operators without qualified pilots cannot land there at all.
Can we arrive after dark?
No. There are no runway lights and no night flights; the airport opens at 8 am and closes at 7 pm in summer and shortly after sunset in winter.
Is there a VIP terminal?
Not a separate FBO or lounge. The airport company handles every private flight itself, with a car to the steps, customs and passport control on site and a restaurant in the hangar.
Will I have to give fingerprints?
On your first entry into Schengen since the Entry/Exit System began, yes, together with a photograph. After that, a face scan is usually enough for three years.
Can my dog fly straight into Samedan?
No. A pet from Britain has to be cleared at Basel, Geneva or Zurich first, and in practice the dog lands at Zurich before a last short hop or the drive.
And if nothing is released for my dates?
Tell us where from, when, and by how much the dates could shift. We follow Samedan, Zurich and Lugano and write as soon as a matching sector appears, often in the days just before Christmas, New Year or a big event on the lake.
