Cooperation with Empty Leg UK

A large part of our work reaches us through other people: a travel agency whose client wants to arrive differently, an executive assistant with two hours to solve a problem, a concierge desk that needs an aircraft by Friday. We keep a separate desk for those relationships, because the way a partner works is not the way a private client works. You need answers you can pass on, prices you can quote with confidence, and a broker who will not go around you afterwards.

We are based in the business aviation area of London Luton Airport and we specialise in empty leg sectors, the repositioning flights operators need to fill. For a partner that is a useful thing to have on your side: it lets you put a private aircraft in front of a client at a price that does not end the conversation.

Who we work with

Travel agencies and tour operators
Where a scheduled flight does not fit the itinerary you have built, or the client has asked for something better than a connection through a hub. We quote, you present.
Travel management companies
Corporate travel desks that need a private aircraft for a board movement, a site visit or a team on one aircraft, with documentation their finance department will accept.
Executive and personal assistants
The people who have to produce three options, a cost, and a defensible recommendation before the end of the day. We work to that clock and give you something you can forward without rewriting.
Family offices and private offices
Recurring movements on known corridors, budget discipline, and discretion as a baseline rather than a feature.
Concierge companies
Short notice requests, awkward airports, pets, unusual baggage and the calls that come in at nine on a Sunday evening. This is the work we are set up for.
Hotels, villas and yacht charter
Getting a guest to the property is often the hardest part of the booking, particularly to islands and Alpine fields. We handle the flight and leave the guest relationship entirely with you.
Events and sports hospitality
Groups moving to a fixture, a festival or a race weekend, where slots and parking at the destination matter as much as the aircraft.
Other brokers
If a request falls outside your usual market or your operator contacts, we are happy to work it with you rather than take it from you.

What you get from us

  • A named broker for your desk. The same person every time, who learns the routes your clients fly and the way you like information presented.
  • Options within the hour. Three to five aircraft at different price points on a standard request, with any empty leg on the route shown alongside the standard charter price.
  • A report you can forward. Aircraft type, cabin photographs, seat count, year of refurbishment where it matters, flight time, total cost broken out line by line. Written to be read by your client, not by us.
  • Operator transparency. We name the operator and its certificate on every quote, so you can answer the safety question before it is asked.
  • Commercial terms agreed in advance. Either a commission on each booking or net rates you present at your own margin, settled before the first enquiry rather than argued over afterwards.
  • Documents for compliance and accounts. Contracts, itemised invoices, insurance and certificate details, and whatever your client's internal security check requires.
  • Your client stays yours. We do not market to introduced clients, we do not add them to any list, and we will put that in writing before we start.

How the empty leg side works for a partner

This is the part that is genuinely different from a standard broker relationship. Around 40 per cent of business jet movements are flown without passengers, and operators release those sectors at 25 to 75 per cent below the price of the same aircraft booked normally.

For a partner that means two things. First, when a client baulks at a charter price, there is often a second answer rather than a lost sale. Second, if you tell us the corridors your clients actually fly, London to Nice, Geneva through the winter, the Balearics in July, we will watch those routes and tell you when a sector appears, before it reaches any public list.

What we will not do is pretend an empty leg exists when it does not. If a route rarely produces them, you will hear that from us at the first conversation, which is more useful to you than a maybe.

Give us your phone number and we'll call you back

Empty leg sectors start from £1,200 for the whole aircraft

How it works in practice

STEP 1
We agree the terms
A short conversation about how you work, how you want to be paid and how your clients are protected. Nothing about it needs to take longer than a week.
STEP 2
You send the request
Route, dates, how many passengers and anything unusual. By email or WhatsApp, whichever suits you. You do not need to know aircraft types to ask.
STEP 3
We come back with options
Presented so you can forward them as they are, or under your own name if you would rather your client did not see ours.
STEP 4
We fly it and account for it
Contract, payment, slots, handling and everything on the ground. You get the paperwork and your commission is settled to the agreed schedule.

Two things partners in the UK should know

private jet quote for travel partners

Who the carrier is

We are a broker and not an airline. Aircraft are flown by operators holding their own Air Operator Certificate from the UK Civil Aviation Authority or from EASA, and the contract of carriage is with that operator. We name it before anyone commits. If your client or your compliance team asks who is actually flying the aircraft, you will always have an answer.

Packages and your own obligations

If you sell a flight together with accommodation or other travel services as a single arrangement, you may be creating a package under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, with the ATOL and insolvency protection duties that come with it. That is a matter for your business and your own advisers rather than ours, and we mention it because it catches agencies out. We supply the flight element and we are happy to structure our part in whatever way your compliance requires.

Client data

When you pass us passenger details we process them only to arrange and perform the flight, and we do not use them for anything else. Passenger information goes to the operator, its handling agent and, where the law requires, border authorities. For regular partners we are happy to sign a data sharing agreement covering exactly this. Our privacy policy sets out the full position.

Advantages of the company
    • Reputation

    • 12 years of successful work in business aviation in Europe. More than 100 regular customers and 30 partner companies around the world.

    • A large selection of aircraft

    • The current database includes about 9,000 business jets of various types. We will select an airplane for a flight of any range and complexity.

    • Transparent contracts

    • We do not slip tricky contracts but are responsible for the services provided. We show flexibility and meet our clients halfway. We are always ready to discuss the details and make changes.

    • Online booking

    • You can book and pay for the flight online, without a personal presence. You can also arrange all the documents in our office. We’ll adjust to the option that is convenient for you.

Questions partners ask

Will you approach my client directly?
No, and we will sign an agreement saying so before the first enquiry. Introduced clients are not added to any list of ours and we do not contact them outside the booking you asked us to handle.
Can my client see your name at all?
That is your choice. Some partners present our quotes as they are, others want them under their own branding. Both work. The only thing we cannot hide is the operator, because the carrier has to be named in the contract.
How am I paid?
Either a commission on each completed booking or net rates that you mark up yourself. We agree which before you send the first request, and we put the figures in writing.
Do I need to know anything about aircraft?
No. Tell us the route, the dates and the number of passengers, and we will choose the aircraft and explain the choice in language you can pass on. Over time most partners pick up more than they expected.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. Some partners send us one flight a year and it is a significant one. We would rather have the relationship in place when that request arrives than start from nothing.
What if the empty leg is withdrawn?
Your client is refunded in full, we tell you the moment the operator tells us, and we put alternatives in front of you the same day. We will also brief you on how to explain it, because you are the one holding the relationship.
