Warsaw is the capital of Poland and one of the main business centres of Central Europe: the seat of the government and parliament, of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and of the Polish offices of international banks, law firms and industrial groups. Many private flights between Britain and Warsaw are business trips of a day or two; others carry families, wedding parties and guests of concerts and congresses. Warsaw clocks run one hour ahead of British time, and the 1,450 kilometres from London take a light or midsize jet about two hours and twenty five minutes.
For almost every private flight, Warsaw means Chopin Airport, code WAW, at Okęcie on the south western edge of the city. Business aircraft use a General Aviation Terminal of their own on the northern side of the airfield, open every day from 06:00 to 23:00, where the handler takes passengers through the border and customs checks in a few minutes.

Warsaw sectors available today
The list below shows every sector we hold into or out of Warsaw, whether the aircraft uses Chopin or Modlin. When Warsaw is quiet, it adds flights at Radom and Łódź, two airports within about an hour and a half of the capital by road. Under it, a second table prices the same aircraft as a regular charter between Britain and Warsaw on dates you choose, so the saving on every released sector is easy to judge.
Prices are for the whole aircraft and are shown in pounds. Some are indicative figures worked out from the distance and the class of jet; the firm price is confirmed with the operator when you send a request.

Both columns assume an aircraft already at the departure airport, so no positioning flight is billed. Where an operator has to fly one in to collect you, a charter can run considerably higher than the figure shown. Prices also run in both directions: an empty leg exists only when an operator is moving that aircraft anyway, so the sector you want may run the other way this month. Tell us the route and we will watch both directions for you.
Set up an alert for Warsaw
Most empty legs are gone within hours of being released, and a good number are never published at all. Tell us the route and the window you can travel in, and we will message you the moment a matching sector comes up between the UK and Warsaw.
Please fill in both the departure and the arrival city.
Nothing is stored on this site. The button opens a chat with the message already written, and you send it yourself. We reply during office hours, 07:00 to 23:00, and check messages outside them too.
Why jets fly empty between Britain and Warsaw
Warsaw's empty legs come from the way people use the city: they fly in for a meeting, a signing or a family event and leave again, and for any stay longer than a day the aircraft often does not wait for them. Five things keep sectors coming in both directions.
London, the airport's first destination
Chopin handled 24,097,059 passengers in 2025, 13 per cent more than a year earlier, and London was its most popular scheduled destination. The same pull between the two capitals, for business, for family and for the large Polish community in Britain, runs through private aviation, and each one way trip leaves an aircraft to reposition.
Polish jets based at Chopin
Several Polish charter operators keep their fleets at Chopin. One of them, founded in 2006 and based at the airport, had grown to 19 aircraft by August 2025, from a HondaJet to a Gulfstream G700, the first of the type registered in Poland. When such a jet drops a Polish client in London it often heads straight back to its base, and when it has to collect one there it crosses Europe without passengers, so each of these trips can leave a sector for sale.
Short business visits
A board meeting in Wola, a round of negotiations at a law firm or a visit to a ministry rarely lasts more than two or three days. When the stay runs past a single day, the jet that brought the team from Farnborough often flies home and comes back for the return, and both of those flights can be offered as empty legs.
The night cut off
Since 25 March 2018 no take off or landing may be planned at Chopin between 23:30 and 05:30, and the General Aviation Terminal closes at 23:00. An aircraft that drops passengers in the evening has to leave before the cut off or stay until the morning, and when the operator needs it elsewhere the next day, the late flight home becomes an empty leg.
Congresses and forums
Warsaw fills with delegations for events such as the Warsaw Security Forum in October, and the aircraft that bring them arrive over a day or two and leave together once the event closes, which releases a wave of sectors the day after.
Sectors are released all year, with the most in May, June, September and October, when the business calendar is full and weddings and long weekends add private travel. Because many of the aircraft are based in Poland, flights from Britain to Warsaw often appear a day or two before departure, as jets head home after a drop in London.
Warsaw Chopin Airport in detail
President Ignacy Mościcki opened the airport at Okęcie in April 1934, and in 2001 it took the name of Frédéric Chopin, who grew up in Warsaw. It is run by Polskie Porty Lotnicze, the state airports company, and it is the busiest airport in Poland: 24,097,059 passengers and 200,958 aircraft movements in 2025, with 46 airlines serving 203 destinations. Airline flights use the single Terminal A; private flights have a separate building and apron on the northern side, reached from Komitetu Obrony Robotników street.

Rail
A station under the airport since June 2012, with S2, S3 and RL trains reaching central Warsaw in 20 to 30 minutes
Future
A new national airport, Port Polska, is planned about 40 kilometres south west of Warsaw and is due to open no earlier than 2032; the plan set out in 2026 is to move all civil flights there once it opens, and until then Chopin remains the airport for Warsaw
For a crew, Chopin is an easy airport to fly into: two long runways with instrument approaches, fuel and handling on the spot, and a short taxi to the business aviation apron. What needs planning is time. The slot for each direction, the handler and the arrival hour are fixed before the flight, and a return late in the evening is timed so that the aircraft is airborne well before 23:30. In winter the handler also books de icing for an aircraft that has stood outside overnight.
Night rules and slots at Chopin
Three rules decide when a private jet can use Warsaw Chopin. All three are settled when the flight is booked, and none of them is left to the day of travel.
Core Night, 23:30 to 05:30
Since 25 March 2018 the airport has kept a night quiet period. No take off or landing may be planned between 23:30 and 05:30, whatever the aircraft. Only state, military and rescue flights, emergencies and aircraft delayed for reasons outside the operator's control may move in those hours.
A slot for each direction
Chopin is a coordinated airport, and private flights follow the same rule as the airlines: the handler requests an arrival slot and a departure slot from the coordinator before the flight. In summer and around big events demand for slots runs high, so we ask for them as soon as the aircraft is held.
The terminal day, 06:00 to 23:00
The General Aviation Terminal and its handlers work from 06:00 to 23:00. In practice an early departure from Warsaw leaves at about 06:30, and an evening return is planned to be off the ground by about 22:30, with a margin before the Core Night begins.
Late flights are the one area where an empty leg needs care. A sector offered for an evening departure from Warsaw is already fitted to these limits, but if its timing moves, the operator has to find a new slot, so we confirm the time on the day before departure and warn you at once of any change.
The General Aviation Terminal, the handlers and the lounges
Private passengers at Chopin normally do not pass through the airline halls of Terminal A. The General Aviation Terminal stands on the northern side of the airport, with its own entrance, car spaces at the door and the business aviation apron in front of it, and the handlers working there deal with the border, customs and baggage for their passengers.
The terminal for private flights
At Komitetu Obrony Robotników 47, open daily from 06:00 to 23:00, the airport's modern terminal for private flights serves business jets, helicopters, air ambulances and air taxis rather than airline passengers. Check in takes a few minutes, the handlers take care of the border and customs formalities, and passengers wait in furnished rooms with free wireless internet while crews have a rest room of their own. On request the handler orders catering for the flight, flowers, newspapers, a car for passengers and their luggage beyond the airport, and hotel rooms.
Excel Handling
A Polish handling and flight support company with more than 20 years in business aviation, headquartered in the General Aviation Terminal building and with FBOs at Warsaw and Kraków. Its services include aircraft parking in front of the terminal, car spaces at its door, a VIP lounge, a crew lounge, meeting rooms and hangar space, as well as slots, permits, catering and hotel bookings. Its team covers some 15 Polish airports, Modlin and Radom among them.
LS Airport Services, Executive Aviation
The business aviation arm of one of the largest ground handling companies in Poland, part of the PGL group, with more than 3,300 staff at Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk and Katowice. Its team at Chopin works around the clock for private, corporate, government, charter and medical flights, keeps rest rooms for its passengers in the General Aviation Terminal, arranges transport, catering and hotels, settles the airport charges and supplies Jet A1 and Avgas; it also handles private flights at Modlin.
Welcome Airport Services
Founded in 2000 as Warsaw Airport Services and working since May 2001, the company now has nearly 3,000 staff at eight Polish airports, Warsaw, Modlin and Radom among them. Across its airports it serves more than 80 airlines, and at Chopin it looks after airlines at Terminal A as well as private and business aircraft at the General Aviation Terminal.
The VIP Line zone: arrival and formalities
The airport's own VIP service is open to passengers of private flights as well as airline passengers, every day from 05:00 to 23:00. It occupies a separate part of Terminal A on the arrivals level, with its own driveway and car park, and it has its own check in, baggage drop, passport and customs control and security screening, so there are no queues. Departing guests can leave their car with a valet, and a chauffeured limousine takes them between the lounge and the aircraft; on an airline flight they can choose to board first or last.
The VIP Line zone: lounges and food
The zone covers some 1,360 square metres, with about 100 seats in two lounges, the Presidential and the Senator, and a lobby with a waiting area for drivers. The kitchen serves Polish dishes made from regional and seasonal produce, with meat, fish and vegetarian choices and gluten free food on request, alongside espresso and a bar with wine, spirits and champagne. Guests also have showers with branded toiletries, a massage chair, facilities for a teleconference and 20 per cent off at the Baltona duty free shops, and a lounge can be hired for a meeting at 2,000 zloty for two hours.
The VIP Line zone: prices and booking
In 2025 the service cost 1,600 zloty net for the first passenger, 1,000 for each additional one and 300 for a child aged 2 to 12. A booking made through the airport's form can be cancelled up to an hour before the flight, while the car into town, a BMW 7 Series or a Mercedes V Class for trips of up to 30 kilometres, needs 24 hours' notice.
The executive lounges in Terminal A
For a passenger who flies one way by airline, Chopin has three executive lounges open to anyone with a boarding pass, from 210 zloty bought online. Flights to Britain leave from the non Schengen area, where the Etiuda lounge by gates 1N to 4N opens from 06:30 to 22:00 and has showers, work desks and a playroom for children; business class passengers on LOT and its Star Alliance partners use LOT's Mazurek lounge in the same area.
The three ways of waiting at Chopin differ in who may use them, in their hours and in what they cost.

The operator of the aircraft normally chooses the handler, but a request for a particular team or for the VIP Line zone is usually accepted if it is made when the flight is booked.
From the aircraft to your car at Chopin, step by step
An arrival at the General Aviation Terminal takes minutes rather than an hour, and a departure follows the same short route in reverse.
ON THE APRON
An agent at the aircraft door
The aircraft parks on the business aviation apron in front of the General Aviation Terminal, a short walk or drive from its door. An agent of the handler meets you at the steps, and the bags come off the hold while you walk in.
THE BORDER
Passports inside the terminal
A flight from Britain crosses the external border of Schengen, so the Border Guard checks every passport at Chopin. On a first entry since the Entry/Exit System began, each traveller is photographed and, from the age of twelve, gives four fingerprints; the handler arranges the check inside the terminal.
CUSTOMS
Declared in the same room
Customs officers work with the Border Guard, and the handler presents the declaration for anything above the allowances, as well as the papers for a pet travelling with you.
LUGGAGE
No belt to wait at
The handler carries the bags from the hold to your car, and on departure from the car to the aircraft through the terminal's own screening. Skis, golf bags and bulky cases are fine if the operator knows about them, because the hold of a light jet is small.
SECURITY
Your own party only
Departing passengers and their hand luggage are screened in the terminal as on any flight, but with only your own party in the room it takes a few minutes.
THE WAIT
A room with coffee
If the crew are still loading the aircraft, the terminal has furnished waiting rooms with wireless internet, Excel Handling offers a VIP lounge and meeting rooms, and LS Airport Services keeps rest rooms for its own passengers.
FOOD
Meals ordered a day ahead
Meals for the flight are ordered through the handler a day ahead, from Polish dishes to a menu of your own. For a hot meal on the ground, the VIP Line zone in Terminal A has its own kitchen, and otherwise a table in the city is the better choice.
THE CAR
Waiting at the door
Cars wait in the spaces in front of the General Aviation Terminal, and the handler can book a limousine or a van. Taxis from the airport to the centre cost about 50 zloty, but with luggage a car booked in advance is simpler.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
Arrive thirty minutes early
On the day you fly home, a car that pulls up at the General Aviation Terminal half an hour before take off is in good time. Passport control and screening take place in the building and are usually over in a few minutes.
LATE FLIGHTS
Before 23:30, planned in advance
The terminal closes at 23:00 and no departure may be planned after 23:30, so an evening return is timed with a margin and its slot is confirmed the day before.
TAX FREE
VAT back before you board
Visitors who live outside the EU can reclaim Polish VAT on goods bought for at least 200 zloty from one shop. The documents are electronic, and the export is confirmed at the border when you leave, so tell the handler in advance and keep the goods to hand.
AIRLINE ONE WAY
VIP Line or a lounge
If only one direction is private, the airline flight can start in the VIP Line zone, with its own check in, lounge and car to the aircraft, or in the Etiuda lounge in the non Schengen area of Terminal A. For a flight to Britain the VIP Line asks guests to arrive at least 80 minutes before departure.
The slot, the handler, the arrival hour and the car are the main things to fix in advance, and we arrange them in one booking together with the aircraft.
Five points to settle before a Warsaw trip
Each of these can change the timing or the price of a flight to Warsaw, so our quotes deal with all five from the first message.
The slots at Chopin
The handler requests the arrival and departure slots once the aircraft is held. Around congresses and in the busy summer months, ask early rather than on the eve of the flight.
The evening limit
No flight may be planned between 23:30 and 05:30 and the General Aviation Terminal closes at 23:00, so a dinner in town on the last evening is followed by a morning departure rather than a late one.
A longer stay
For a day trip the aircraft normally waits on the apron at Chopin. For a stay of several days, when each extra day on the apron costs the operator 1,100 zloty for a jet of up to 25 tonnes, it may prefer to send the aircraft home and bring it back, which turns the trip into two single flights and often makes an empty leg possible in each direction.
Fog, snow and de icing
From November to March, fog, snow and frost are part of the Warsaw winter. De icing is booked with the handler, and on a winter morning the timetable allows some extra minutes before take off.
Zloty on local bills
Poland uses the zloty. Cards are accepted almost everywhere, but local services such as the VIP Line zone, the lounges and the taxis are priced in zloty, while the aircraft is quoted in pounds.
From Chopin to the city, the suburbs and beyond
The airport lies inside the city, so most addresses in Warsaw are a short drive from the General Aviation Terminal. Driving times assume a car booked through the handler and light traffic; in the morning and evening rush they can double.

Faster by air: a light jet flies from Warsaw to Kraków in under an hour
Trains from the station under the airport reach central Warsaw in 20 to 30 minutes and a bus runs to Piłsudski Square, but with luggage a car is simpler, and the driver waits at the General Aviation Terminal whatever time the aircraft lands.
What a Warsaw trip adds to the bill
A flight to Warsaw carries fewer extra charges than a flight to France, Germany or Italy: British duty on the way out, the airport and handling fees inside the operator's price, and nothing added by Poland for the flight itself.
UK duty
Air Passenger Duty on the flight out of Britain, Band A, for jets of 5.7 tonnes or more
Polish passenger tax
none: Poland charges no departure or passenger tax on flights
Local fee
set by each municipality; a new law raises the cap to 5 zloty a night from 2027
Airport and handling
landing, parking, handling and the General Aviation Terminal, all inside the operator's quote
Air Passenger Duty is charged only when the flight leaves the UK, and Warsaw, some 900 miles from London, sits in Band A. The rate per passenger is 32 GBP on a private jet weighing 5.7 to 20 tonnes and 142 GBP on anything heavier until the end of March 2027, after which a single rate of 146.63 GBP applies to every private jet of 5.7 tonnes and above. Aircraft under 5.7 tonnes, such as a Citation M2, pay nothing, flights from Jersey and Guernsey are outside the duty, and from the same April flights leaving Scotland pay the Scottish government's own Air Departure Tax instead, including a supplement for private jets.
On the Polish side the flight itself carries no tax. Chopin's tariff, in force since 1 December 2025, shows what goes into the price: 1,250 zloty net for each landing by an aircraft of up to 25 tonnes, 450 zloty for every passenger departing through the General Aviation Terminal against 81 zloty in Terminal A, and, after two free hours, 565.50 zloty for the first day on the apron and 1,100 zloty for each further day. Landing, parking, passenger and handling charges at Chopin are already included in the price we quote for the charter or the empty leg.
Hotel bills in Warsaw may change: in September 2026 parliament passed a law, awaiting the president's signature at the end of that month, that drops the old air quality condition for the local fee and raises its cap from 3.46 to 5 zloty per guest per night from 1 January 2027, collected by the hotel. Whether Warsaw charges it is for the city council to decide.

Modlin, Radom, Łódź and the other airfields around Warsaw
Chopin is the right airport for nearly every private trip to Warsaw, but three others can take a business jet when Chopin has no slot or no stand, or when the journey continues beyond the capital.
Warsaw Chopin, EPWA. The main airport, inside the city, with runways of 3,690 and 2,800 metres, the General Aviation Terminal, slots for every flight and no planned movements between 23:30 and 05:30.
Warsaw Modlin, EPMO. About 40 kilometres north of the centre at Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, opened for passengers in 2012 with one runway of 2,500 metres. It is an airport of entry with customs, and Excel Handling, LS Airport Services and Euro Jet all work there. Its airline traffic fell by more than a third in 2025, to 1,744,056 passengers, so it is far quieter than Chopin; allow 45 minutes to an hour to the city by car.
Radom, EPRA. About 100 kilometres south of Warsaw, reopened on 27 April 2023 after rebuilding and run by the same state company as Chopin, with a runway of 2,500 metres. It sees little airline traffic, about 95,000 passengers in 2025, and handlers can meet a business jet there; the drive to Warsaw takes about an hour and a half on the S7 expressway.
Łódź, EPLL. The airport of the city of Łódź, 6 kilometres from its centre, with a runway of 2,500 metres. It suits a trip to Łódź itself, and Warsaw is about an hour and a half away by the A2 motorway.
Warsaw Babice, EPBC. A general aviation airfield in the west of the city with a runway of about 1,300 metres, used by light aircraft and helicopters rather than by jets arriving from Britain.
Popular routes between the UK and Warsaw, and which way they run empty
Every empty leg price on these routes buys the whole aircraft on a flight that would otherwise fly without passengers, however many seats you use, and the times are hours in the air. London and Chopin are about 1,450 kilometres apart, a distance that suits every jet on the list, from a Citation M2 from Cardiff to a Challenger 350 for the larger parties. If your dates are fixed, the regular charter price for each of these aircraft is in the charter price list for Warsaw.

Business travel shapes the pattern: many trips start on a Monday or Tuesday and end by Thursday or Friday, so empty sectors between Britain and Warsaw appear most often at the beginning and end of the working week. Jets based in Poland add sectors from Britain to Warsaw in every season, whenever they have dropped passengers in the UK and need to get home.
Online calculator
If you want to see what your route would cost as a standard charter, so you have something to measure an empty leg against, use the calculator below. Fill in the airports, the dates and the number of passengers, add any preference on aircraft type, and we will send a written calculation by email or messenger. Please check your contact details carefully so that we can reply quickly.
The figure the calculator returns is an estimate for planning. The firm quote comes back from our consultants with the cost broken out line by line, and the price agreed there is the price written into the contract.
If you would rather skip the arithmetic, send us the route and the dates instead and a consultant will come back with both numbers, the charter price and any empty leg that fits.
Entering Poland: passports, customs and tax free
Poland belongs to the EU and to Schengen and Britain to neither, so a private flight from the UK to Warsaw crosses the external border of Schengen, and the Border Guard and customs check it at Chopin.
Passport. Bring one issued in the last decade with at least a quarter of a year left on it after the final day of your Schengen stay; an older or shorter dated document can mean refusal at Chopin.
The 90 day rule. A British passport holder may spend 90 days in any 180 in Schengen without a visa, and days in Poland count towards the same total as days in Germany, Austria or any other member state.
Entry/Exit System. Passport stamps have given way to a digital record, in full use since April 2026: on the first entry the Border Guard takes a photograph of each traveller and, from the age of twelve, four fingerprints.
ETIAS. The online travel authorisation has not started. In July 2026 its launch moved into 2027, still without a fixed day, and it will cost 20 euros for three years, charged only to travellers aged 18 to 70.
Customs. Polish customs let each adult coming from the UK carry in duty free up to 430 euros of goods, plus 16 litres of beer, 4 litres of still wine, a litre of spirits or 2 litres of fortified or sparkling wine, and 200 cigarettes. Cash and similar instruments worth 10,000 euros or more must be declared.
Food from Britain. Ham sandwiches or cheese from a British deli packed for the flight count as meat and dairy, which EU rules keep out when they come from Britain.
Tax free. Anyone living outside the EU can claim back VAT on purchases of at least 200 zloty from a single seller, as long as the goods leave the EU before the end of the third month after the month of purchase; the electronic forms are checked at the border on departure.
Coming home. On a private flight into the UK each adult may bring, free of duty, 18 litres of still wine, 42 litres of beer, 4 litres of spirits or 9 of fortified wine, 200 cigarettes and other goods up to 270 GBP, enough for a case of Polish vodka shared among the party; from 1 October 2026 sparkling wine falls within the wine allowance and cider within the beer allowance.
Empty leg calendar for Warsaw, month by month

Three situations, three answers
A day of meetings in Warsaw
Leave Farnborough at 07:00 and you land at Chopin at about 10:30 local time, with the office in Wola twenty minutes away. Take off again at 19:30 and you are back at Farnborough at about 21:00 British time, before the airport closes. The saving comes from a jet based in Warsaw that has to go home anyway: its flight from Britain can take you out in the morning, and a charter covers the evening return.
A wedding or a family celebration
For a weekend in Warsaw or in a manor house outside the city, the jet often flies home after the Friday drop and returns for Sunday. Both of those flights can appear on our list, and we send them to you as soon as an operator releases them.
Onward to Kraków or the lakes
When the trip continues to Kraków, the Tatra mountains or the Masurian lakes, keep the aircraft for the next hop rather than driving for hours. Kraków is less than an hour away by light jet, and the return to Britain can start from there.
Flying to Warsaw with a dog or a cat
A dog, cat or ferret travelling from Britain into Poland needs a microchip, a rabies vaccination given at least 21 days before the journey and an animal health certificate signed by an official vet no more than ten days before arrival, and it is checked by customs on arrival. A pet passport issued in the UK does not qualify, and since 22 April 2026 an EU pet passport no longer covers an animal living in Great Britain either, so the certificate is needed for every trip. Poland asks for no blood test and no worming treatment for pets from Britain, and up to five animals may travel with their owner. Tell us about the pet before the airport is chosen, so that the handler can arrange the customs check on arrival.
The flight home is stricter: the pet can fly only with an operator on the British approved list, and dogs need a vet's tapeworm dose recorded one to five days before the aircraft touches down in the UK. Book a Warsaw vet for the last days of the stay, bring the record to the airport, and mention the animal in your first message so that we approach only operators able to carry it.

Warsaw by private jet: answers for travellers from Britain
Is Chopin the right airport for a private jet to Warsaw?
Warsaw Chopin, because its General Aviation Terminal is built for private passengers and the centre is twenty minutes away. Modlin, 40 kilometres to the north, and Radom, 100 kilometres to the south, are the alternatives when Chopin has no slot or stand.
How many hours does the flight to Warsaw take?
About 2h 25m from London and Biggin Hill, 2h 30m from Farnborough, Oxford, Southampton, Birmingham, Leeds and Newcastle, 2h 35m from Manchester, Liverpool and Aberdeen, 2h 40m from Bristol, Cardiff, Jersey and Edinburgh, 2h 45m from Glasgow and 2h 55m from Belfast and Dublin.
Can I land at Warsaw Chopin at night?
Not in the six hours from 23:30 to 05:30, when the Core Night rule forbids planned take offs and landings. The private terminal itself is open from 06:00 to 23:00, so evening flights are timed to finish well before the cut off.
Does a private jet need a slot at Chopin?
Yes, in both directions. The handler asks the coordinator for the landing and take off times as soon as the aircraft is held, and the rest of the day is planned around them.
What does an empty leg to Warsaw cost?
In our table the lowest prices are Cardiff to Warsaw in a Citation M2 from about 4,500 GBP and Warsaw to Biggin Hill in a Citation CJ3 from about 5,300 GBP, each for the whole aircraft. If you set the dates yourself and charter the whole trip, expect 10,800 GBP for the cheapest of the eighteen and 28,800 GBP for the dearest.
Is there a Polish tax on private flights?
No. Poland adds no passenger or departure tax; the only duty is British Air Passenger Duty on the flight out of the UK, and hotel bills may carry a local fee of up to 5 zloty a night from 2027 if the new law comes into force and the city adopts it.
Can I use the VIP Line zone with a private jet?
Yes. The airport's VIP Line service is open to general aviation passengers from 05:00 to 23:00, with its own lounges and a car to the aircraft; book it with the flight, and a cancellation is accepted up to an hour before departure.
Do British visitors need a visa for Poland?
No. A British passport allows stays of up to 90 days in any 180 across Schengen, for business or leisure, and the Entry/Exit System registers you at the border on the first visit; the ETIAS authorisation has not started yet.
And if nothing is released for my dates?
Give us a window rather than a single day, the size of the party and the airport you would like to leave from. Aircraft based in Poland pass through British airports regularly, so a match can appear at short notice, and in the meantime we price a charter with the Chopin slots already checked.
Call +44 7857 574938 , message the same number on WhatsApp , or write to flight@empty-leg.co.uk . Include the travel dates, how many are flying, any bulky luggage and the part of Warsaw you are heading for. We reply with the matching sectors beside the charter price, and one booking then covers the aircraft, the slots at Chopin, the handler at the General Aviation Terminal and the car at its door.
