Anna Laurent

Anna has spent ten years arranging private flights and is the consultant most of our European trips pass through. Where Charlotte decides what a flight costs, Anna is the one who makes it happen: the slot, the handler, the crew brief, the car on the other side and the paperwork that has to be filed before any of it can move.

She works in English, French, Spanish, German and Russian. That is the practical reason she runs the European desk. A handling agent at Chambery, a slot coordinator in Spain and a terminal at Geneva are all quicker to deal with in their own language, and on a trip being put together the same afternoon that speed is the whole difference.

Aircraft management

Anna also looks after owners rather than passengers. If you own an aircraft, or are thinking about buying one, we take on the running of it: crewing and rostering, maintenance scheduling, hangarage, insurance, regulatory paperwork and the accounts that go with all of it. Where an owner wants the aircraft to earn while it is not being used, we place it on charter and handle the operator relationship.

What to send Anna in a first message

The route, the dates and how far they can move, the number of passengers and anything unusual about the party. The last of those is the part people leave out and the part that changes everything: a dog, a wheelchair, a set of golf clubs, a musical instrument, four passengers who are all over six feet. Say it at the start and the aircraft is chosen around it rather than changed later.
