Charlotte Mckinney

Charlotte runs the commercial side of Empty Leg UK from our office at Luton. She has spent eight years in business aviation and now leads the team that prices charters, negotiates with operators and looks after the clients who fly with us regularly.

In practice that means she is the person who decides what a flight should cost and why, and the person an operator speaks to when a sector needs to be placed quickly. If a quote you have received does not make sense to you, she is the right person to ask.

She works in English, Italian, Russian and Greek. On the Mediterranean routes that matters more than it sounds: a handling agent in Olbia, an operator in Milan and a marina office on Mykonos are all easier to deal with in their own language, and so is a client who would rather not negotiate a contract in a second one.
